Genshin Impact’s latest emo husbando knocks Love and Deepspace off the top of the charts

Those of you who follow along with the monthly mobile revenue report by Sensor Tower will know that it’s often Genshin Impact and Love and Deepspace sparring for the top spot.

Last month, it looked like Love and Deepspace was going to retain its top spot through Nod-Krai’s release – however, the numbers don’t lie, and it turns out that Hoyo’s epic gacha snuck back to the top of the charts with a whopping $54.7m profit, all thanks to Genshin Impact’s banner featuring Flins. Trust in the power of husbandos! Whether this trend continues with Nefer’s release, along with three amazing reruns, we’ll need to wait and see.

You can see the full ranks for October’s mobile money makers on Reddit – but LADS and its lads are down to second place with a measly $50m. Going further down past Pokémon TCG Pocket and Arknights, we find Honkai Star Rail in 8th place with $22.4m. Players did get a free copy of Permansor Terrae this patch, but it seems that he and March 7th’s Evernight version weren’t enough to pull in a huge profit.
